About the brand
Patrick is one of the oldest sports brands in the world: born in 1892 in Pouzauges, in the Vendée, through shoemaker Patrick Benéteau, with the founding year still riding along in the logo today. It made its name in boots, worn by stars across Europe in the 70s and 80s, and survived the multinationals by dressing the football that never makes television. In this archive, it arrives on a centenary shirt where it is, quite fairly, the oldest thing in the room.
