Pendle

Pendle is an institution of British grassroots football. Founded in 1977 by Phil Hall and based in Ilkley, Yorkshire, a stone's throw from the Lancashire hill it is named after, it sells kit directly to amateur and youth clubs, with no middlemen and no star contracts. Generations of Saturday morning teams across England have played in Pendle without giving the brand a second thought, and that invisibility is what makes it huge: few manufacturers have dressed more real football.
