About the club
SHH is Sint Hadrianus Herten, the club of the village of Herten in central Limburg, part of the municipality of Roermond since 1991: founded on 1 December 1940, named after the parish's patron saint, green and white from the start. It is Dutch amateur football done properly: hundreds of members, dozens of youth teams, women's football, walking football and a G-team for adapted sport, all at Sportpark De Wolfsberg, with an international youth tournament every year.
On the pitch, its history was written in the KNVB's district klasses until the first ever promotion to the Eerste Klasse, earlier this decade, sealed in the nacompetitie. Sunday football with the whole village inside it.
