The New Saints — commonly known as TNS — are the most decorated club in contemporary Welsh football, having dominated the Welsh Premier League consistently since the early 2000s. Based in Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain and playing home matches in Oswestry, the club occupies an unusual borderland between Wales and England. Their green and white stripes are the most recognisable element of their visual identity, a colour scheme with deep roots in the club's history.
