Cameroon is one of Africa's most recognisable football nations, a regular presence at World Cups and a country whose national colours — green, red and yellow — have shaped its visual identity across decades. Horizontal green and white stripes appear here and there in the history of Cameroonian club football, particularly at domestic level, where sides from Yaoundé and Douala have worn hooped kits at various points.
