Lotto

Lotto was born in 1973 in Montebelluna, in the Veneto, Italy's sports footwear district, at the hands of the Caberlotto family who gave it its name. It began in tennis, shoeing legends like Boris Becker and Martina Navratilova, and entered football in the 1980s to become a fixture of the following decades: the boots of Ruud Gullit and Dennis Bergkamp, Capello's invincible Milan of 1993 to 1998, Juventus in the nineties, and contracts across Europe, from Shakhtar to Zenit, including the Bundesliga with Borussia Mönchengladbach. Without the financial muscle of the American and German giants, it made Italian elegance its territory, and remains to this day the Montebelluna brand that dressed world champions without ever leaving town. In the world of kit brands, Lotto is the independent tailor among the multinationals.
