This is the most important shirt in Bursaspor's history: the title shirt. On 16 May 2010, Bursa's Atatürk lived through Turkish football's tensest afternoon, the team needing to beat Beşiktaş while praying Fenerbahçe would stumble at home to Trabzonspor.
Rüştü charged senselessly off his line and Batalla finished into the empty net, Toraman scored an own goal, İnceman gave a late scare, and in Istanbul Burak Yılmaz equalised in the game that decided everything. Champions by a single point under Ertuğrul Sağlam, Bursaspor became the second club from outside Istanbul to win the league, the first since Trabzonspor in 1984, having never before finished higher than fourth.
Here at Hoopster it lives beside an unlikely twin: the Sporting 2009/10 shares the exact same Puma mould. Same cloth, two different stories.
