Few pieces have a provenance like this: after the shirt appeared on hoopster.pt's Instagram, the former player who wore it, Baidez of the 19, recognised it and wrote in to identify himself. A match worn shirt confirmed by its own protagonist, and from a season with a happy ending at that: Xilxes' promotion to the Primera Regional in 2018/19.
The piece is a full portrait of the town: Grupo Cajamar's Caja Rural Xilxes on the chest, the municipal coat of arms giant sized on the hem, with its crown, tower over waves and marshland reed, the Diputació de Castelló on the sleeve and the fir tree of Luanvi, the Valencian brand that dressed Valencia in the 2000 Champions League final, signing it all.
Here at Hoopster, this is the only match worn with a living certificate: the man who sweated in it showed up to say so.
