Jako with a black trimmed polo collar, the white Stadtwerke Leipzig panel half eaten by the washes and, on the back, a printing that tells the piece's age: the faded 10 with the FCS monogram inside it, the sponsor repeated above and a name below that time has made nearly illegible. A visibly lived in shirt, the kind that never spent its life in a drawer.
And 2004/05 caught the club in a very Leipzig paradox: the move to the freshly built Zentralstadion, a World Cup stadium for an Oberliga club, far from the old Leutzsch ground where the heart had stayed. The insolvency that would kill the club in 2011 was already showing in the books.
Here at Hoopster, it pairs with the SG Leipzig-Leutzsch shirt: the same ground and the same hoops, one on each side of the bankruptcy.
